Black Hole Entertainment was a Hungarian game developer, based in the city of Budapest. They have worked on titles, such as Warhammer: Battle March and Warhammer: Mark of Chaos. Their latest game was Might & Magic: Heroes VI, in collaboration with Ubisoft. The title was released in October 2011, postponed from its original launch date of March. The studio had gone bankrupt as a result of the nature of this development.

As of July 2012, the company is no longer operating.

History

Black Hole Entertainment was formed in 2001 by a group of eight videogame enthusiasts. All of the founding members had experience working in various areas of the gaming industry. Their initial goal for Black Hole Entertainment was to create the ultimate Real-Time Strategy game. The result was Armies of Exigo in 2004.
