Darkling Room is a small UK based publisher/developer mostly involved in helping develop and publish the Dark Fall Series.

Darkling Room formerly XXv Productions is one of the major developer/publishing houses involved in the Dark Fall franchise.

The company published a third release of Dark Fall: The Journal. The title was originally released independently by XXv productions but was republished shortly by The Adventure Company. It then returned to XXv (now Darkling Room) where it was published again as part of the Pins & Needles collection.

Darkling also republished Dark Fall: Lights Out as well as developing it. Lights out is the second game in the franchise that was previously published by The  Adventure Company for XXv. But again returned the franchise to Darkling upon its founding.

The third installment of the Dark Fall franchise Dark Fall: Lost Souls was developed by Darkling. However this title was published by Iceberg Interactive for Darkling.
