Five-BN was formed in 2003 in Dneprodzerzhinsk, Ukraine. The company demonstrated its tremendous desire to develop games from the beginning by creating series of successful titles, including AquaBall, Magic Tale, Mini Golf and others. In addition to creating individual titles, the company has considerable experience creating game series.

For example, a series about a comical fox cub named Sprill is comprised of three titles: Sprill: Aqua Adventures, Sprill: Mystery of the Bermuda Triangle and Sprill and Ritchie: Time Adventure. Another game series tells the story of an industrious modern girl called Maria and consists of three games: Pet Show Craze, Fashion Craze and Beach Party Craze.

In the fall of 2008, Five-BN became an internal development studio of Alawar Entertainment, dramatically boosting the development process and paving the way for the development of new casual games. “Masyana Beach Party Craze", released in the winter of 2009, was created in association with Oleg Kuvaev and became the first game released under the Alawar Five-BN brand. In 2014 FIVE-BN GAMES has become an independent developer again.
