A Japanese developer and publisher, best known for resurrecting old Arcade games as part of their Arcade Archives series.
HAMSTER Corporation was formed on November 11, 1999, having been spun off from Toshiba-EMI's games division. While they've developed and published a variety of games across multiple platforms, they are best known for the Arcade Archives series, which emulates old Arcade games on modern consoles.
Acquisitions
HAMSTER has acquired the complete libraries of multiple defunct publishers of old in order to attain more content for the Arcade Archives series.
