A wholly owned subsidiary of Atari, started by Nolan Bushnell's friend Joe Keenan.
Kee Games
existed as a faux competitor, producing copies of Atari games (or vice versa) with slight differences. In late 1974, the ruse was revealed to the public, but Kee continued making games until it was absorbed into Atari in 1978.
