A localization publisher of ecchi/hentai anime games in North America, MegaTech was the first to bring this genre of games to the western market.

From 1992 to 1996 MegaTech released several games in the adult hentai genre, to generally lambasting critical reception. However, they remain a pioneer in the eroge marketplace. Partnering with various developers such as Elf Co. and Forest, their game catalog did not bear much technical or stylistic similarity between the titles. Often reviewed as shallow and puerile, the games were not remarkable for their production values or even their VGA quality, sometimes pseudo-anime, artwork.
