Renamed and revamped team behind the Yakuza series, owned by Sega and headed by Toshihiro Nagoshi.
Despite sharing its name with the Ryu ga Gotoku/Yakuza series, the studio also aims to develop games outside the franchise, the first being Binary Domain. In an interview with Famitsu in August 2011 Nagoshi announced two new game: Kurohyou 2 Ryu ga Gotoku, a sequel to the PSP spin-off, and Ryu ga Gotoku 5.
