The company was founded by four industry veterans, with over 40 years collective experience, to produce high quality games for multiple platforms - both developing their own IP and undertaking project based work. Born from the ashes of Disney's Black Rock Studio in 2011, Shortround's goal was simple: create quality action packed games that push technology, gameplay and social interaction to the limit.

Built by a team of game enthusiasts and experienced AAA developers with a real passion for new technology, we take pride in the smart development of reusable tech, allowing us to concentrate on being creative and to produce cutting edge games, while staying small and focused. Over the years, the studio has released 4 full titles with 3 original IPs, across a range of devices and is currently focused on developing new and exciting IP for all the major consoles.
