A large toy corporation that often published games based on their toy franchises. They merged with Takara in 2006 to form Takara Tomy.

Tomy is a toy corporation that published a number of video games for their own and other toy licenses. They also helped produce numerous original video game properties as well. In 2006 Tomy merged with Takara to form Takara Tomy. The merged company is still known as Tomy in the West, dropping the "Takara" from its name for the sake of Tomy's brand strength.
