Xicat Interactive was one of the leading, privately held, independent publishers of video game software in the world.

Xicat has developed and maintains strong relationships with the game development community, owners of intellectual properties and media brands, as well as distributors and major retailers. These relationships have resulted in low outsourced development costs, licensing of major brands (including Motor Trend, Jane's Information Group and Guns & Ammo), and distribution in 35,000 retail outlets in Europe and North America.

The company has already released titles for the PC platform, Nintendo 64, GameBoy Advance, Playstation, Playstation 2 and Sega Dreamcast. Xicat will continue publish and distribute games for all major next generation video game consoles, including Sony PlayStation 2, Microsoft Xbox, Nintendo GameCube and Game Boy Advance. For calendar year 2002, the company plans to release 19 SKU's, including 5 PlayStation 2 titles, 6 for the PC platform, 3 GameBoy Advance titles, 3 Xbox titles, and 2 GameCube titles.
