Using time travel technology, they have sent armies to four periods in human history, with the intention of altering history to make humankind easier to conquer in the present. The player assumes control of the "Time Lord", who has until January 1, 3000 AD to vanquish the enemy in the past, or else he will self-destruct along with the time machine.

Your mission: blast into the past to save the present from certain doom! Battle the aliens in four historical time zones. Search for weapons sent back by the scientists - and decide when to use them. Solve puzzles to collect the mysterious Orbs that hold the secret of time travel. Be cautious yet quick, Time Lord. You have one short year to free history or be history!
