Developed by United Front Games with the support from Square Enix London Studios and published by Square Enix, it was an open world free to play online game for Microsoft Windows. There was no linear storyline, as it focused on your created character and your gang. It was going to feature a similar combat, shooting and driving systems found in Sleeping Dogs.

It was announced on December 23rd, 2015 that the game would be closed on the 20th January, 2016.
