A Japanese developer founded by Hironobu Sakaguchi, renowned for his work on the Final Fantasy franchise.

Once best-known for a pair of Microsoft-published Xbox 360 games, Mistwalker later worked on games for Nintendo platforms, and has been entirely focused on mobile platforms since the 2011 release of The Last Story for the Wii.
