We’re making a game called Soria, an atmospheric 3D adventure-platformer inspired by Scandinavian folklore.

Polargryph is a young and ambitious games studio based in Cornwall, UK. Our core beliefs are that the games industry can not only be a fun place to work, but a good one too, with company goals to ensure that crunch, sexism and lack of diversity are a thing of the past. We operate based on a simple list of three priorities:

1. Employee Health 2. Employee Happiness 3. The Game.

We focus on 3D single player narrative games as our skills compliment the creation of this style of game over others. As a company we believe in the core value that employee health comes first, ensuring that crunch has no place within the business.
