Swedish Game Awards is the biggest game development competition in the Nordic area.

We not only hold the competition but we also host a game jam, a conference and expo each year. The goal of SGA is to make the gap between ambitious individuals and the games industry closer - allowing the community and industry professionals to connect and mingle while celebrating game development.

Swedish Game Awards has been held annually since 2002 and is organized by the student-driven, non-profit entrepreneurship association at the Royal Institute of Technology. Our competition is exclusively for students, hobbyists and self-employed and is organized by a rotating group of volunteers from all over the country, each year.
