Founded in 2007, Zenimax Online Studios was established to take the legendary Elder Scrolls franchise online.

ZeniMax Online Studios (ZOS) was established in 2007 to become a leading developer of online games. Since then, we’ve attracted some of the most talented veterans in the industry, building an environment that embraces innovation and collaboration. In April 2014, we launched The Elder Scrolls Online, our debut title, bringing a massively multiplayer experience to the celebrated Elder Scrolls series for the first time.

Nestled in Hunt Valley, Maryland, ZOS is in a wonderful location. Only a few hours from the beach in summer, skiing in winter, and right next to all the great museums and attractions of Washington, DC, it offers something for everyone. We enjoy an active development community with several nearby studios and a great location.
