You will work closely with Creative Production, Artists, Editors, Performance Marketing, and Technology teams. Together, you will embed Generative AI into our creative workflows to deliver highly performant, cost-effective, and innovative content that maximises the commercial success of our games.This is a permanent role based in our Bangalore studio, where our daily in-office collaboration fuels creativity and innovation.ResponsibilitiesChampion an AI-first creative culture, embedding Generative AI across all creative workflowsDesign, build, and maintain AI-powered pipelines for static images, video, audio, and playable adsAct as Kwalee’s subject-matter expert in local diffusion models and creative AI technologiesMaintain hands-on expertise with tools such as ComfyUI, Fooocus, and Automatic1111Prioritise the use of local, open-source AI models, ensuring performance, compliance, and optimisationTrain, mentor, and upskill creative teams through workshops and knowledge-sharing sessionsLead R&D into emerging AI models, tools, and workflows to drive continuous innovationDesign reusable workflows, templates, and ComfyUI graphs to accelerate creative productionIntegrate automation tools (e.g. n8n) to streamline creative and research tasksMonitor industry trends, competitor output, and new AI developmentsSupport playable ad production through AI-driven asset generation and iterationMaintain structured documentation and archives of AI assets, workflows, and model graphsImprove efficiency, reduce production time, and enhance creative performance to drive profitabilityCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Creative, Growth, and Technology functionsRequirementsDeep expertise in Generative AI and diffusion models, with proven real-world application in creative or commercial environmentsStrong hands-on experience with ComfyUI, Automatic1111, Fooocus, or similar AI toolingExperience designing and productionising scalable AI workflows and pipelinesProven ability to mentor, train, and influence teams on AI-first approachesStrong documentation skills with a disciplined approach to knowledge sharingExcellent communication skills, able to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate custom AI models and systemsStrong problem-solving mindset with the ability to simplify complex challengesCurious, experimental, and proactive approach to adopting emerging AI technologiesAnalytical, output-driven mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements.Based in our Bangalore office with 5 days per week on site.Why Kwalee?We believe in more than just a job—we’re committed to helping you thrive with a fantastic work-life balance and a range of great benefits!With group health insurance and 20 annual leave days, you’ll have plenty of time to recharge.
