- Job Title: Associate Event Manager - Latin America
- Job Summary: Plans and executes marketing events, promotions, and experiences, such as trade shows and customer-related events.

What you’ll do
- Coordinates logistics, including registration and attendee tracking, presentation and materials support and pre- and post-event evaluations.
- Procures and coordinates vendor services.
- Coordinates facility, exhibit set-up, equipment and catering requirements.
- Oversees execution of events and provides on-site event support.
- Research potential event locations and evaluate alternatives.
- Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders and external business partners across global offices.
What you’ll bring
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required. Portuguese not required but a plus.
- Three (3) to four (4) years of relevant professional experience or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience.
- Requires approximately 15-20% travel to global markets in North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Creative and effective problem-solving skills.

- Thorough understanding of legal regulations and permits required for events.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between $480,000 - $625,000 MXN per year. The full range is $480,000 - $838,700 MXN per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
