Read on.Responsibilities:Work closely with the Creative Director to develop the Vision for the Campaigns in BattlefieldOversee development process from concept to final release collaborating with design, art, programming, and production teams.A focus and understanding on Experience and encounter designWork with Narrative, Level design, Cinematics and Audio to bring experiences together ensuring continuity and creative agreementEnsure the game meets quality standards and player expectationsAdjust game design based on feedback and player testing results.Present project updates to senior management.Review all game design content and assets.Provide leadership and mentorship to design team members, promoting a positive and creative and inclusive work environment.Collaborate to ensure the game is completed on time and within budget.Coordinate with external partners, work with marketing and PR teams to promote the game where needed.Stay updated with competitors, industry trends and incorporate new technologiesRequirementsMinimum of 5 years of experience in game development in a Creative leadership role.Experienced with successful game projects, first person shooter games but also acceptable would be in Single Player / Campaign experiencesExperience creating innovative, immersive, high quality gaming experiences.Inspire and motivate a team.Ability to make critical decisions under pressure.Experience with play testing and gathering player feedback.You will manage budgets and resourcesExperience with multiple game development tools and software.Experience with project management methodologies.Deep passion for video games both as a creator and as a playerInterest in a varied genre of games, especially first person shooters and military themed onesAbout Electronic ArtsWe’re proud to have an extensive portfolio of games and experiences, locations around the world, and opportunities across EA.
