As our Brand Manager, you will drive the success, visibility, and community growth of our games from concept to post-launch. You'll be responsible for crafting and executing marketing, brand, and communication strategies to position our titles for commercial success, engaging players every step of the way.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver global branding, marketing, and communications initiatives to grow awareness, player base, and sales.Work closely with product development, production, sales, legal, finance, and external partners to ensure strong product positioning and successful launches.Create and manage integrated campaigns across digital, PR, social, and community channels.Oversee production of marketing materials such as trailers, key art, and social media assets, ensuring consistency with the game’s brand.Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to refine strategies and optimize results.Set objectives, measure ROI, and adjust plans to meet business targets.Represent the game at events, in interviews, and with internal and external stakeholders.Manage marketing budgets, campaigns, and partnerships to extend each game’s reach and lifecycle.Lead and mentor a small marketing team, fostering creativity and collaboration.Requirements2–4 years’ experience in brand or product marketing, ideally for games or entertainment.Proven track record with digital marketing, PR, and campaign leadership.Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills in English.In-depth gaming knowledge and familiarity with player communities.Analytical mindset with experience using digital marketing tools and analytics.Adaptable, creative, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Bonus Points:Knowledge of DayZ product and its community.Experience managing a team.Eye for visual design and UX.Familiarity with web and analytics tools.BenefitsSemi-flexible working hours27 days of holidays per year, company profit-sharing plan, benefit program, meal contributionRelocation packageAll our games for free and much more If you’re a passionate marketer with a knack for building communities and launching great games, we’d love to hear from you!Applicants should submit their portfolio and CV detailing their previous work experience as well as a cover letter outlining their interest to work for Bohemia Interactive.
