We are seeking a passionate Development Manager to support the rollout of strategic AI enablement initiatives across Central Development Partners (CDP). In this temporary three-month contract, you will lead the buildout of a new AI training portal and support tracking and project coordination of emerging AI technology pilot initiatives. You will report to the Head of Strategic Initiatives, AI Transformation and Technology.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and launch an AI training portal for Central Development Partners, including curated resources, use-cases, and persona-based training pathsWork with cross-functional stakeholders and AI champions to source, validate, and rollout training content, ensuring it is accurate, relevant and aligned with team needsEstablish measurement and tracking framework to assess training effectiveness, tool engagement, and user feedbackUse stakeholder feedback to inform adjustments to training strategy and improve learning outcomesSupport tracking and project management for emerging AI pilot initiatives, including milestones, risks, status updates, and performance indicatorsIdentify process gaps and support continuous improvements to strengthen delivery efficiency and cross-team alignmentsRequired Qualifications2+ years of project management experienceFamiliarity with AI tools and digital transformation initiativesExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to use data and insights to inform decisions and drive measurable outcomesComfortable working in environments with ambiguity and evolving requirementsAbility to foster collaboration and navigate differing viewpoints constructivelyExperience developing and maintaining knowledge hubs, training resources or enablement programs a plusCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITSThe ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
