Job DescriptionLead overall esports planning, budgeting, and project management for Bangladesh.Design and execute annual esports calendars (e.g., national leagues, qualifiers, and other local competitions).Manage operational workflows, including registration, tournament logistics, team communications, and on-site event delivery.Coordinate with vendors, production houses, event agencies, and other external partners to ensure timely and high-quality execution.Collaborate with marketing, influencer, and creative teams to grow esports visibility and drive participation.Align closely with regional esports and marketing leads to ensure consistent standards and best practices across markets.Oversee community tournaments, grassroots initiatives, and third-party tournaments to strengthen the overall esports ecosystem in Bangladesh.Job Requirements3+ years of experience in the esports industry, ideally in esports or league operations for battle royale or shooting games.Strong project management and budget control skills, with proven experience delivering large-scale events.Excellent organizational and leadership skills, able to manage internal teams and multiple external vendors.Deep understanding of esports operations, broadcast production, and content planning.Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage local stakeholders and regional alignment.Physically based in Bangladesh, preferably in Dhaka.Proficient in both Bengali and English.This position is offered on an independent contractor basis.
