As a Front Desk Receptionist at Keywords Studios, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, embodying our commitment to exceptional service. Your role will involve managing the front desk operations, answering inquiries, and assisting with various administrative tasks in a dynamic and vibrant environment. You will be part of a team dedicated to providing high-quality support in the fast-paced video game industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for greeting and directing visitors, managing phone calls, and ensuring that all front desk activities run smoothly. You will also assist with various office-related tasks to support our team and contribute to a positive workplace experience.
Full ownership of end to end delivery of assigned tasks. Detailed responsibilities are:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
• Customer service-oriented attitude with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.
