We invite you to be a part of our Unity Professional Services team, where we transform vast data from over 3 billion gaming devices into actionable insights, optimizing player experiences across various genres.

As a Design Consultant, your expertise will be instrumental in guiding clients towards elevating their games' KPIs through best practice advice. Engage in a spectrum of responsibilities, from playtesting games, innovating design strategies, to turning game data into actionable insights as part of our comprehensive game teardown service.

What you'll be doing

Work closely with clients, offering tailored advice to improve their games.

Collaborate with Unity analysts to make informed game design suggestions.

Create detailed reports and presentations to share results and findings.

Stay updated with gaming market trends and opportunities.

Occasionally contribute to blogs, articles, and other industry-related materials.

What we're looking for

Solid experience in game design roles.

Good understanding of data-driven design approaches.

Strong communication skills to clearly share ideas and findings.

Knowledge of various revenue models in the gaming industry, such as premium pricing ad monetization and micro-transactions.

You might also have

Experience in game economy design.

Knowledge of UI/UX and accessibility best practices.

Experience in live-ops management.

SQL database experience
