We are seeking a Game Design - Content Review to help drive the overall content strategy and objectives for the Minecraft Marketplace. This role serves as a critical bridge between partner designers and the Marketplace organization, ensuring that all content meets the highest quality standards. As a Content Review Designer, you will facilitate communication across design, engineering, and marketplace teams, while also providing guidance to engineers on workflow improvements and AI (Artificial Intelligence) integration. You’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining clear documentation on Marketplace guidelines and best practices in game design, as well as authoring workflow optimization documents that explain both the "why" and "how" of ingestion processes for design teams. Additionally, you will work closely with partners to ensure their content aligns with Marketplace standards and policies, acting as a vital source of communication between the partner program and the broader organization. Co-develop and maintain documentation on Marketplace policies and best design practices. Guide internal design teams on workflow improvements and integration of AI technologies. Facilitate communication between design, engineering, and Marketplace teams. Provide actionable feedback to designers regarding Marketplace submissions. Attend scrum meetings to manage backlog and implement feature creation. Game Design IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
