Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment efforts. You will work closely with the TA team to help identify, attract, and engage top talent. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR processes in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Job Description

• Provide the test at office and online test

• Assist in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates

• Collect and organize interview feedback from hiring managers

• Distribute candidates satisfaction surveys

• Maintain organized documentation and filing systems for recruitment records

• Help organize and execute TA-related events (career fairs, open house, etc)

• Participate in campus recruitment and alumni engagement initiatives

• Coordinate logistics for recruitment activities and ensure a positive candidate experience

• Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and organizational skills

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Eager to learn, proactive, and a team player

• Interest in recruitment, HR events, and candidate experience

• Confidentiality commitment;

• Visibility to maintain a professional appearance and a positive company image to the public;

• High level of verbal and written English skills;
