WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ONMain challengeYou will join Gameloft for Brands, the division dedicated to in-game advertising and gamification solutions. Your mission will be to lead the creative vision and artistic direction of rich media formats (playables, mini-games, interactive videos, rich banners) within COMBO! The Gaming Media Network. What it means on a daily basis :Manage and structure the production of creative concepts from brief to delivery (mockups, prototypes, interactive videos, mini-games). Handle timelines, resources, priorities, and budgets across creative, technical, and commercial teams. Participate in ideation and translate client needs into feasible and relevant creative proposals. Manage and coordinate a diverse team of internal and external creative talents (designers, motion artists, HTML5 developers) in an inclusive and collaborative environment. Formalize and optimize production workflows (processes, templates, best practices) to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency. Support commercial pitches by preparing visual presentations, prototypes, and interactive formats.
