Job Purpose:As a Product Marketing Manager at Gameloft for Brands, you will drive the marketing for mobile games, managing their entire lifecycle, from strategy to execution and optimization, under the supervision of Marketing Director. Your main objective will be to drive the success and growth of your product by ensuring that it effectively reaches its target audience and meets market needs. You will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies that position the product in the market, resonate with the audience, and lead to high adoption and engagement. This role is located in our production studio in Ho Chi Minh City and you will work closely with local Production teams, as part of game team. You will also work and coordinate with marketing team members located in various territories worldwide and with an extended network of experts (ASO, UA, Consumer & Market Insights, etc.).Principal Accountabilities:Conduct market research, benchmarking and consumer studies to identify game target audience and its positioning;Participate in game development by making recommendations to improve user experience, engagement, retention, share-ability, and to better integrate in-game promotional events and marketing mechanisms;Build and launch yearly marketing plans that strategically aligned with product roadmap to generating brand awareness, retention and growing the player base;For each marketing activation, build compelling strategies with clear KPIs objectives, and develop post mortem reports with clear conclusions and actionable plan;Define brand vision, build creative kick-off for your game and supervise the creation of the game brand identity and promotional assets;Manage game & promotional assets approval with copyright owners (e.g. Universal, Disney, LEGO, etc.) – if applicable;Draft the App Store Optimization (ASO) strategy and collaborate closely with ASO experts to maximizes visibility and performances for mobile products on app stores;Lead the Marketing product vision for User Acquisition (UA) campaign to ensure concepts relevance and brand consistency and follow UA performance report every week to identify issues if any.About you:Advanced English level is a must;4+ years in product marketing and ads, ideally in online entertainment products;Knowledge and passion for video games from hardcore game titles to casual social games, and entertainment as a whole;Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and performance tracking (CR, CPI…) knowledge to measure game success;Excellent market research and competitive analysis abilities;Strategic thinking for effective go-to-market planning;Skilled in crafting compelling product messaging and positioning;Good App Store Optimization (ASO) skills for maximizing visibility and downloads on app stores in collaboration with ASO team;Creative mindset for orchestrating engaging assets creation;Proficient in cross-functional collaboration and team coordination;Strong project management skills for timely delivery of initiatives;Adaptability and agility in response to market and product changes;Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges;Great presentation, reporting, communication, and convincing skills.
