The role is based in Vancouver and supports our globally distributed team with staff across Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific.You will be the glue for the team and have enthusiasm, combined with relevant administrative experience. You will be encouraged to become an essential contributor and social advocate; and be a role model for healthy team spirit.This role will report to the Head of Operations for DRE.Location: Vancouver, Hybrid three days a week.ResponsibilitiesLeadership SupportWith direction, provide routine calendar support by owning recurring meeting invites and taking minutes as requiredCalendar support for senior leadersOrganize quarterly team Town Hall meetingSupport the Head of Operations as required (e.g. on budget planning or project reporting activities)Business AdministrationOrganize the onboarding of new hires to ensure account and equipment setups have been completed before they start, coordinate with Recruiting, HR, IT, and managers; provide orientation and initial introductions.Assist with electronic purchase orders including computer hardware, software licenses, office supplies, and team SWAGProvide company procedure information to team members regarding purchasing, expenditures, travel, use of facilities, and equipment usedContract managementAlign with other Production Coordinators where consistency in approach is needed. Provide back-up support when neededTeam CultureOrganize in-person events for local staffOrganize virtual events for distributed staffQualificationsPrevious administrative experienceProficiency in business productivity tools (e.g. Google suite)Creative, enthusiastic team playerExperiences in event planning and team building activitiesCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITSThe ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). PAY RANGES* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$58,500 - $76,500 CADIn British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees.
