You will support the Publishing Operations BU by working on structured tasks and independent projects that contribute to process efficiency, operational clarity, and improved publishing workflows. The role combines curiosity, operational discipline, analytical thinking, and creativity in problem-solving.Key Responsibilities:Operational Support & ExecutionAssist in preparing and maintaining publishing requirements for Apple, Google, PlayStation, Microsoft, Nintendo, and other platforms.Support the creation and execution of operational missions (e.g., multi-game hotfixes, tool rollouts, configuration updates, documentation updates).Tooling, Automation & Process OptimizationIdentify inefficiencies in daily workflows and propose optimized solutions.Build small internal tools (e.g., trackers, dashboards, templates, checklists) using Excel, Sheets, scripts, automation services, or low/no-code platforms.Explore AI tools to enhance operational efficiency, documentation, data extraction, and communication.Documentation & Knowledge ManagementUpdate process documentation, internal guides, and team references.Document best practices and operational learnings to support long-term organizational growth.Cross-Team CollaborationCollaborate with Publishing Operations managers and specialists on ongoing projects.Interact with related teams such as QA, Co-dev, Game Teams, and Tech Support when necessary.Participate in team meetings, workshops, and operational post-mortems.Independent Project WorkYou will manage one core project during their program. Possible project themes include:Creating an internal AI assistant for repetitive tasksDesigning an operational dashboardImproving a multi-team workflowResearching platform certification changes and building a compliance matrixEnhancing communication and reporting templatesLearning & Development Objectives:During the internship, you will learn:How digital game publishing works across major platforms.The differences between Apple App Store, Google Play Store, PlayStation Store, Microsoft Store, Nintendo eShop, and others.How Publishing Operations supports game teams during releases, updates, and live operations.How to identify operational bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions.How to manage small-scale projects from concept to execution.By the end of the program, you should be capable of handling a range of entry-level operational tasks with confidence and autonomy.About You:Student or recent graduate.Strong interest in video games, digital products.Ability to organize information logically and manage multiple tasks.Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).Curious, proactive, and comfortable working independently.Interest in AI tools and a desire to experiment.Understanding of game development or publishing pipelines (not mandatory, but a plus).Analytical mindset with a desire to improve processes and workflows.
