This team’s main mission is to drive the implementation of proper security best practices and security requirements to ensure games are developed in a secure manner in addition to shipping free of cheats and piracy.ResponsibilitiesEnsure that anti-cheat and anti-piracy standards in the game security program are thoroughly followed;Raise production awareness regarding the Ubisoft game security program;Communicate security issues and raise awareness among the project’s stakeholders;Develop a deep understanding of the production’s team decision-making process to maximize the positive influence;Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to support the decision-making process that could impact Ubisoft’s security posture;Ensure the proper scheduling, scoping, and follow-ups of security assessments;Identify potential or realized risks, propose mitigations and ensure remediation measures are followed;Perform various security evaluations such as architecture reviews, risk analysis, and security opinions while focusing on game production and its online environment;Define and draft project-specific security standards and processes;Answer questions regarding IT Security in production environments;Produce and maintain various documentation related to evolving project security stance;QualificationsGood IT and security technical fundamentals;Experience in developing corporate policies and guidelines;Experience in implementing security measures;Ability to effectively communicate technical and business concepts to cross-functional teams and stakeholders of varied technical competence;Ability to draft clear and well-structured documentation;Knowledge of the Microsoft and Linux/Unix operating systems.Additional InformationWe embrace a hybrid work model helping you stay connected with your team and aligned with business priorities, while giving you the opportunity to maintain your work-life balance.
