Main responsibilities:Handle end-to-end tax compliance including VAT/FCT/PIT/CIT filings, e-invoicing, tax payments, audits, and VAT refunds.Conduct tax research, support tax planning initiatives, and liaise with tax authorities and internal stakeholders.Manage fixed assets lifecycle: additions, depreciation, disposals, annual inventory, and VAS/IFRS reconciliation.Perform monthly closing tasks such as provisioning, accrual runs, detailed account listings, and reporting submissions.Oversee banking operations with HSBC, including payments, credit card management, and daily FX rate updates.Review and update accounting processes, and provide training on new processes to local teams.Prepare statutory and internal reports, manage legal documentation, support auditors, and handle various ad-hoc tasks.Key requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing with 4+ years of experience, specializing in fixed assets and tax compliance.Strong fixed asset management skills: depreciation, disposals, maintaining the asset register, and performing reconciliations.Solid tax expertise (CIT, VAT, FCT, PIT) with hands-on experience in preparing tax reports and managing tax inspections.High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, able to work independently, under pressure, and collaborate effectively across teams.Proficient in MS Office, quick to learn and research, with good written and verbal English communication skills.
