We're looking for a skilled and passionate Senior Artist Generalist to join our team and help bring our game worlds to life. In this role, you'll polish and unify in-game scenes, refine 3D assets for visual consistency, and collaborate with lighting artists and programmers to define the game’s tone and atmosphere. You’ll take ownership of key environmental and narrative assets, help optimize pipelines, and push the boundaries of artistic and technical excellence through R&D and innovation. If you're excited about shaping unforgettable worlds and storytelling through art, we'd love to hear from you!Job DescriptionPolish and visually unify in-game scenes based on feedback from the Art Lead and Creative DirectorFinalize and adjust 3D assets delivered by fellow artists to ensure visual consistency within the game worldsEnsure high visual and artistic standards, as well as technical uniformity and the required quality using our own dedicated toolsCollaborate closely with the lighting artist and render programmers to define the game’s visual tone and atmosphereTake ownership of key environmental and narrative assets, ensuring their quality and alignment with the game's storytelling and art directionBuild shared libraries of high-quality textures and materialsSupport the development and optimization of art pipelines and workflowsParticipate in visual R&D alongside other team members: researching tools and techniques, testing new workflows (e.g. laser scanning, photogrammetry), and defining requirements for technical artists and engine programmersStay up-to-date with industry trends/tools and promote technological and artistic innovation within the teamEducation/SkillsA minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Senior Artist, with experience in open-world and large-scale game environmentsStrong artistic eye and advanced understanding of composition, color theory, lighting, material definition, and storytelling through visualsBroad generalist skillset including modeling, sculpting, UV mapping, baking, PBR texturing, scene assembly, and visual optimizationProficient in industry standard tools (e.g. Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, ZBrush, Substance Painter/Designer, Photoshop)Sense of optimization to make outputs as hardware friendly as possibleExperience working in a real-time engine environment (preferably Enfusion engine)Strong portfolio showcasing finished game scenes, visual consistency in your work, and high-quality 3D assetsAbility to give and receive artistic feedback positively and constructivelyA strong passion for authentic looking AAA gamesBenefits27 days of holidays per yearCompany profit-sharing plan, benefit program, meal contributionRelocation packageAll our games for free and moreApplicants should submit their portfolio and CV detailing their previous work experience as well as a cover letter outlining their interest to work for Bohemia Interactive.
