This experienced, creative, and collaborative person will lead a team that focuses on competitive and social systems for the franchise, giving special attention to create a compelling economy that keeps the players engaged season after season. Motive is developing a new Battlefield title, and you will be a key member of the team that defines the player experience for the next generation of the Battlefield franchise. You will report to the Systems Director at Motive, but collaborate with stakeholders across all studios that contribute to the Battlefield Franchise.
