Responsibilities:
● Study the game economy, player motivations and player journey to identify and
promote opportunities that drive additive revenue, increased engagement and
facilitate user acquisition.
● Work closely with the Data Science and Design teams to bring a higher-level
perspective, facilitating and driving ideas that are focused on elevating specific KPIs.
● Estimate the potential impact of proposed features and game updates on KPIs, to
inform development prioritization.
● Own and run targeted campaign and testing strategies that drive a more customized
player experience, and improvements to KPIs.
● Track and develop an expert level understanding of gaming market trends and
insights.
● Develop and implement game health review cycles that carefully consider internal
and external feedback as well as key product metrics to continually improve the
Product.
Qualifications:
● Minimum of 5 years of Product Management, Game Design, Data Science or Business
Performance experience required in a mobile and/or console games context. .
● Self-motivated team player that brings excitement and enthusiasm to work each
day.
● Strong analytical skills and experience with data driven product design and decision
making.
● Sound and proven ability in using and understanding in-game trends using data
insights to impact top line KPIs.
● Strong communication and writing skills, with experience preparing and presenting
decks to various stakeholders.
● Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to juggle priorities and projects.
● The ability to work in a fast-paced AGILE development environment.
Experienced in:
○ Successful live service mobile and/or console games having delivered and
maintained at least one product through the product life cycle.
○ Designing content, campaigns and features that maximize acquisition,
engagement, and monetization throughout the product life cycle.
○ Obtaining insights and developing strategies through analytical metrics
driven analysis and design experimentation.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
PAY RANGES
* California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. San Francisco) *$165,000 - $256,000 USD
Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
