You will support the development of code frameworks, functional components, and workflows and tools, as well as improving the underlying engine technology and infrastructure. You will work collaboratively with the team to define and execute a technical vision that meets the project’s needs.This role is anticipated to be a full-time, hybrid work position, with some work on-site and some work-from-home. The home studio for this role is Irvine, CA.ResponsibilitiesPriorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:Develop technical solutions to deliver best-in-class player experiences, with a particular focus on player abilities, animations, traversal mechanics, and camera functionality.Collaborate with designers, artists, and other engineers to deliver a AAA game and ensure we delight and entertain our players.Achieve and maintain high technical standards to ensure best-in-class performance, stability, and productivity.Support team productivity by developing asset-creation pipelines, tools, and workflow improvements. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations.
