As a Social Media & Content Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end designing and producing trend-driven, high-impact content that sets the cultural tone of the platform. This role covers ideation, production, editing, and data-based iteration. By shaping early content formats and seeding trends, the role ensures strong UGC momentum and relevance to Indonesia’s content culture.Job DescriptionProduce short-form videos, memes, templates, and content formats that align with relevant Indonesian trends.Monitor emerging cross-platform trends and proactively translate them into strategic content opportunities.Execute rapid experimentation cycles, test new creative concepts, and document insights to guide future content development.Maintain, organize, and continuously update a library of reusable assets, templates, and trend-based variations.Provide KOLs and early users with clear creative guidelines, prompts, and templates to support consistent content creation.Develop UGC-friendly formats that enable creators to easily remix, duet, and iterate.Analyze content performance metrics and refine formats to improve effectiveness and engagement.Collaborate closely with the KOL Manager to align on activation plans and with the product team to deliver content tailored for upcoming features.Job RequirementsProven hands-on experience in creating short-form video content.Strong understanding of Indonesian content culture, humor styles, and online audience behavior.Ability to produce content & translating ideas quickly and iterate at high speed.Proficiency with essential editing tools (e.g., CapCut, AI creative tools, Adobe Suite, or equivalents).Sharp sense of timing, storytelling, and visual trend adaptation.Comfortable appearing on camera or directing others to execute creative concepts.Highly independent, organized, and consistent in delivering daily output.Willing to work under 6 months fixed term contract, full WFO in our office at South Jakarta
