We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Artist to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing data structures, implementing and configuring game assets, and serving as a technical bridge between our art, design, and programming departments. This hands-on position involves both the initial setup and final implementation of game content.You willCreate and maintain game data structures, file naming conventions, and folder organizationImplement and configure assets in the Enfusion engine, ensuring technical quality and functionalityPrepare and edit 3D models and other assets for in-game useCollaborate with designers and programmers on asset integration and feature implementationPerform a final technical configuration of assets before they go live in the gameMaintain organized asset management within version control systems (SVN)Document workflows and technical specifications for asset implementationTroubleshoot asset integration issues and provide technical solutionsRequirementsExperience with game engines (Enfusion, Unity, Unreal or similar)Understanding of game data structures and content organizationUnderstanding of 3D modelingKnowledge of 3D asset preparation, implementation, and configurationExperience with version control systems (SVN, Git, Perforce, etc.) and the ability to work effectively with large sets of game data and assetsVery strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to collaborate effectively across multiple departmentsProblem-solving mindset with technical aptitudeNice to haveHands-on experience with BI games and the Enfusion engine (especially modding)Knowledge of game development workflowsBasic scripting abilitiesPrevious experience in a game development environmentBenefits27 days of holidays per yearCompany profit-sharing plan, benefit program, meal contributionRelocation packageAll our games for free and moreApplicants should submit their portfolio and CV detailing their previous work experience as well as a cover letter outlining their interest to work for Bohemia Interactive.
