ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of IT projects from initial concept and planning through implementation, transition to service, and ongoing support.Manage complex delivery environments involving internal teams and third-party suppliers, ensuring clarity of roles, accountability, and seamless integration.Apply strong project governance across planning, contracts, budgets, deliverables, and RAID management to ensure control and transparency.Lead resolution of complex IT service and delivery issues, coordinating across technical and business teams to restore service and maintain delivery momentum.Champion ITIL-aligned practices, ensuring service readiness, operational stability, and continuous improvement.Facilitate Agile ceremonies and foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and iterative delivery.Maintain high-quality project documentation and reporting, ensuring visibility and alignment across all levels of the organisation.Collaborate with senior leadership to shape delivery strategy and contribute to the evolution of project management practices.Be a true team player, building trust across departments, adapting to changing priorities, and stepping in wherever needed to keep projects moving.What You’ll Bring5+ years’ experience in technical project management, with a focus on infrastructure, systems, and enterprise IT delivery.Proven success managing multi-vendor environments, including contract negotiation, performance oversight, and integration.Deep understanding of ITIL frameworks, service transition, and operational handover.Strong command of project governance tools and techniques, including RAID logs, budget tracking, and milestone planning.Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead resolution of high-impact technical issues.Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, and DevOps methodologies, and tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.Certifications in ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are highly desirable.A collaborative mindset and a proactive, sleeves-up attitude—ready to jump in and make things happen.A passion for technology and games and a desire to contribute to a world-class development environment.Why Join Cloud Imperium Games?At Cloud Imperium Games, we’re not just building games—we’re building universes!
