In this role you will:Roles & ResponsibilitiesWorkplace Operations & ServicesOn-site Coordination & Liaison: Serve as the key point of contact for all Business Groups and functions on-site in Taiwan (Hsinchu & Taipei), fostering seamless coordination.Facilities Management Oversight: Accountable for the successful delivery of all workplace services for the Hsinchu & Taipei office.Office Operations & Vendor Management:Manage overall office operations, including vendor relations, issuing purchase orders, and processing invoice payments.Maintain the office space by coordinating with the facilities management service provider, repair & maintenance contractors, and the outsourced overseas Facilities team. This includes ensuring the proper functioning of office equipment, furniture and fixtures.Act as the primary liaison between the organization and Facilities Management Services (FMS) vendors.Oversee the performance of outsourced facility management teams including on-site coordinators, lobby ambassador, security guards, housekeeping, maintenance service providers, etc.Inventory & Supplies Management: Oversee inventory management for all office supplies, including stationery and pantry provisions.Workplace Cleanliness & Tidiness: Ensure consistent office cleanliness and tidiness, managing the cleaning service provider to maintain high-quality workplace standards.Workplace Events Coordination: Provide key support in coordinating workplace events with Business Groups, such as annual dinners and All Hands meetings.Cafeteria Management: Oversee the management and organization of all food and beverage services within the staff cafeteria. This includes daily lunch delivery and arrangement and other staff events, ensuring responsible parties maintain high standards.Query Resolution: Respond to queries and enquiries, directing them to the appropriate contacts.Employee Services: Maintain and ensure the company shuttle bus and car parking services' online platform/system complies with company strategy and regulations by collaborating with the Global team, People & Culture (P&C), and local service providers.Global WPE Team Collaboration & Coordination:Coordinate with the Global WPE Digital team for reports, metrics, and desk booking for the Hsinchu & Taipei offices.Liaise with the GSOC team regarding physical security management.Cost Control: Review & prioritize operational expenditures, identifying and implementing new cost-saving solutions when necessary.Office Projects & Churn MoveCoordinate workplace and lab projects, including moves, additions, and changes.Oversees office churn and internal reconfigurations, ensuring project completion.Ensures compliance with the local regulation, company workplace strategy, promoting a hybrid environment and utilizing office space as a showroom.Health & Safety, SecurityImplement on-site workplace health and safety, ensuring compliance with local regulations.Collaborate with the Regional HS&S Manager to implement workplace safety initiatives, such as annual emergency evacuation and BCP drills.Provide incident reports for any staff incidents or accidents. Other Administration Provide administrative support for site-related tasks.Handle procurement, logistics, financial documentation, and petty cashAssist with other tasks and projects assigned by the team supervisor/managerKey Technical QualificationsFor consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:Good understanding of office operations and facilities management: Demonstrated experience in overseeing daily office functions, vendor management, and maintaining a high-quality workplace environment.Attention to Detail: Essential for preparing, reviewing, and managing critical documents, and ensuring accuracy in all operational aspects.Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple tasks, and consistently meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.Proactive Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven ability to effectively manage office operations, facilities maintenance, and compliance, adept at identifying and resolving related issues and challenges.Clear and Professional Communication Skills: Ability to interact clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with internal stakeholders, vendors, landlords, and building management.Team Collaboration: Comfort and proven ability to work cross-functionally with various teams including property management, finance, IT and other business groups to achieve organizational goals. General Requirement & Experience: Associate degree or aboveMinimum 6 years of working experience in general affairs, facilities management, building management or related field.Proficient in Microsoft Office or iOS system Possession of any of the following certifications is an advantage:Environment protection-related licensesOccupational safety & health related licenseIndependent, proactive, self-motivated, excellent communication and coordinationExcellent interpersonal skills and communication skills in Chinese and EnglishContinuous learning and being flexible and embracing new challenges, tools and responsibilities Candidate with less experience will consider as Workplace Experience Coordinator#LI-CC2/104Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
