Atari SA (Société Anonyme) is a French international holding company, and current owner of the Atari brand name. It was formerly known as Infogrames Entertainment. Its subsidiaries include Atari Interactive and Atari Inc. (not to be confused with the original Atari Inc. founded in 1972).

A prominent Japanese console game company that was founded in the mid-80s as a subsidiary of Kotobuki Engineering & Manufacturing Co. Ltd.. It was one of the earliest third-party developers for Nintendo systems. They still exist today, primarily creating mobile and eShop games for the Japanese market.
